NCAP headed north, TTIN solid, HPMFF goes home

Northsight Capital Inc. (OTCBB: NCAP) went skyward Monday 121.9 percent in price to 60 cents. Volume for the stock was 50,600 shares, compared to a daily average of 7,863. Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SGTB) announced today that the company has signed a nonbinding agreement in principle with Northsight, under which NCAP would acquire the company’s newly formed corporate security division, NCAP Security Systems, Inc.

Transfer Technology International Corp (OTCBB: TTIN) dealt in 51.3 million shares Monday, compared to a daily average of 379,800. Prices gained 28 percent of traction to 96-100ths of a cent, only days after one of its subsidiaries announced its sale to a major drug store chain.

Homeland Precious Metals Corp. (OTCBB: HPMFF) fell with a thud Monday, draining off 90 percent in price to two cents. Volume for the stock was 26,618 shares, compared to a daily average of 2,239. The British Columbia-based HPMFF is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of natural resource properties.

EVPH answers call, HLWX active, CWBYF wobbles

Everybody’s Phone Company (Pink Sheets: EVPH) saw its shares pop 87.5 percent Thursday to 2.3 cents. Volume for the stock was 11.8 million shares, compared to a daily average of only 106,811. Thursday, EVPH announced a marketing plan for phone service in Texas from which it projects $10 million in profits.

Helix Wind Corp. (OTCBB: HLXW) proved among the popular micro-cap stocks Thursday, trading in more than 50.4 million shares, narrowly outdistancing an all-day average of 49.4 million. Prices skidded 12.5 percent to seven-100ths of a cent. The Poway, California HLWX is a renewable energy company.

Carthew Bay Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: CWBYF) moved backward 49.2 percent in price Thursday to three-10ths of a cent. Volume was 276,600 shares, compared to the 48,480 shares it usually trades in a day. Toronto-based CWBYF is a leader in subsurface printing and fabric dyeing technologies, providing products and services to the promotion, apparel, commercial furnishings and home decor markets.

TYRIA grows, ESYR does business, TSNI falls

Trey Resources Inc. (OTCBB: TYRIA) doubled in price to two-100ths of a cent Wednesday, on volumes of 16.7 million shares, compared to an average of 24.6 million. Only this week, TYRIA announced that the company’s restructuring process had been completed.

EcoSystem Corp. (OTCBB: ESYR) traded in 83 million shares Wednesday, compared to a daily average of 28.5 million. Share prices were flat, though, at one-100th of a cent. ESYR is a technology development company with a focus on clean-tech innovations designed to resolve compelling ecological challenges while producing value added carbon neutral and negative products.

TechniScan Inc. (OTCBB: TSNI) faltered in price Wednesday 53.2 percent to 22 cents. Volume for the stock was 65,200 shares, compared to normal volume of 15,486. TSNI is a medical device company engaged in the research, development, and commercialization of an ultrasound breast imaging system.

BIOR leads way, JUNP jumps with activity, CNSV drops

Biodrain Medical Inc (OTCBB: BIOR) stole the thunder from most other micro-caps Wednesday, growing 190.9 percent to 32 cents, on volume of 50,000 shares, quadruple its usual share volume. BIOR an early-stage medical device company and its mission is to provide hospitals and surgical centers an effective, efficient and affordable means to safely dispose of contaminated fluids generated in the operating room.

Juniper Group Inc. (OTCBB: JUNP) was a volume leader among micro-caps, dealing in 286.7 million shares, dwarfing its usual average of 12.7 million. Share prices also leaped, 25 percent, to one-10th of a cent, a day after reporting nine-month revenues had spiked to $2.1 million from $200,000 the previous year.

Consolidation Services Inc. (OTCBB: CNSV) dove 58.8 percent in price to seven cents Wednesday, on volume of 22,700 shares. CNSV is an oil and gas exploration company based in Kentucky.

Shelron Group Inc. (OTCBB: SRNG) surged an incredible 900 percent late Monday to 2.5 cents. Volume for the stock was 40,920 shares, compared to a daily average of 12,527. SLNG is a company that develops and markets e-commerce advertising and comparative shopping software products and services.

Juniper Group Inc. (OTCBB: JUNP) was a volume leader among micro-caps Monday, buying and selling in 49.8 million shares, or nearly seven times its usual daily average. JUNP specializes in the wireless infrastructure service industry.

Marketing Worldwide Corp. (OTCBB: MWWC) halved its price Monday to two cents, on volume of 50,000 shares, more than double usual volume of 24,000. Michigan-based MWWC is a global automotive firm providing design and engineering services and manufacturing of accessories to many of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers.
