ONSM rises, AAPL busy, SBAY sub-par

Onstream Media Corporation (Nasdaq: ONSM) climbed 16.7 percent to $1.26 Wednesday afternoon. Volume of 311,943 shares nearly quadrupled its full-day average. Based out of Pompano Beach, Fla., ONSM is a leading online service provider of live and on-demand Internet broadcasting, corporate web communications and virtual marketplace technology.

Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) dealt in 35,634,665 shares, more than doubling its full-day average of 15,576,600. Prices for AAPL tailed off, however, by 0.6 percent to $338.38, after initially rebounding after the iPhone maker blew through earnings estimates on strong iPad sales.

Subaye Inc, (Nasdaq: SBAY) capsized 10.9 percent Wednesday to $10.89. Volume was 227,096 shares doubled its average daily volume of 114, 961. Tuesday, SBAY, a leading online business services provider in China engaged in enterprise cloud computing, launched Groupbuy as a standalone product and will not be offered as a component of Subaye’s Bundled Cloud Product.

MNAI in the money, NUBL active, ESLP earthward

Monar Intl. Inc. Common (OTCBB: MNAI) prospered 216.7 percent Wednesday to 47.5 cents. Volume was only 10,000 shares, but still double its normal daily average. MNAI is engaged in the development of a website that would offer to the public a tasteful traditional style Chinese furniture adapted to modern needs for Asian ethnic and high end markets in North America.

Numobile Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) traded in 29.8 million shares, compared to its daily average of 22.8 million. Prices, however, sifted off 18.2 percent to nine-100ths of a cent. NUBL Tuesday, China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) and Savanna East Africa have partnered to build a wireless broadband network in Nairobi, Kenya.

Euro Solar Parks Inc. (OTCBB: ESLP) shed 63.4 percent Wednesday to 26 cents. Volume was a mere 20,000, in contrast to usually active volume of more than a million.

LDK jumps, JPM busy, DANG slides

LDK Solar Co, Inc. (NYSE: LDK) grew in price 10.7 percent to $13.40. Volume was a hefty 12,730,432 shares, more than twice its full-day volume average, on speculation that the recent buzz out of Germany about feed-in tariff cuts makes a hard cap on solar installations a lot less likely.

JP Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) was a volume leader Tuesday, trading in 40,111,730 shares, surpassing its full-day average of 38,489,000. Prices for the stock were flat at $44.78. This, amid word that Morgan wrongly foreclosed on 14 active-service military families and overcharged thousands more on their mortgages.

E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc. (NYSE: DANG) fell 8.5 percent to $31.00. Volume for the stock was 4,014,004 shares, just below its all-day average of 5,006,680. DANG is a leading business-to-consumer, or B2C, e-commerce company in China.

HEV has momentum, S popular, BDSI headed to court

Ener1 Inc. (Nasdaq: HEV) showed a lot of energy Tuesday, advancing 23.6 percent in price to $4.55. Volume was a hefty 18,108,331, 30 times its full-day volume average. The lithium-ion battery maker announced it is teaming up with Wanxiang Electric Vehicle Group Ltd. to manufacture batteries for the Chinese market.

Sprint Nextel Corporation (NYSE: S) had busy trade, with 39,063,758 shares changing hands Tuesday, catching up on a full-day average of 53,171,100. Prices for the stock settled 1.2 percent to $4.39. Sprint said Tuesday that starting Jan. 30 it plans to charge an extra $10 a month for all smartphones getting unlimited data.

BioDelivery Sciences International (Nasdaq: BDSI) fell 13.1 percent to $3.32. Volume for the stock was 447,487 shares, nearly triple its all-day average. BDSI was one of several companies named Tuesday in a patent infringement lawsuit by MonoSol Rx, LLC.

MCTC skyrockets, CCTR solid, VTDI not so visible

MicroChannel Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: MCTC) soared 150 percent in price to 10 cents Tuesday. Volume for the stock was 118,510 shares, compared to a full-day average of just less than 40,000. MCTC is a development stage technology company focused on the identification, acquisition, and development of technologies and products which it believes has the potential for commercialization.

China Crescent Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) was a busy trader Tuesday, dealing in 77.1 million shares, compared to a daily average of 29 million shares. Prices went south, however, by 14.3 percent to 12-100ths of a cent. NuMobile, Inc. China Crescent and Savanna East Africa have partnered to build a wireless broadband network in Kenya.

Visitrade Inc. (OTCBB: VTDI) dipped 62.5 percent to 1.5 cents Tuesday. Volume was 22,700 shares, just nosing out its daily average of 16,522. VTDI focuses to operate as an online retailer of aftermarket Triumph motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel.
