AAWW jumps, SIRI steady, ENOC bails

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings (Nasdaq: AAWW) share prices climbed 16.9% to $65.85. Volume was 773,502, more than three times its all-day volume, after it reported its fourth-quarter earnings increased 47% on improving airfreight demand, especially out of Asia.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. (Nasdaq: SIRI) traded in 52.6 million shares Monday, compared to a daily average of 72.8 million. Share prices inched up 0.3% to $1.85, one day ahead of the company’s fourth-quarter report. Sirius is slated to release its earnings numbers on Tuesday.

EnerNOC Inc. (Nasdaq: ENOC) faded 12.6% to $17.91 Monday, on volume of 3.6 million shares, or 10 times its all-day volume, as an analyst cut its rating and price target for the company due to a billing issue that may create problems for the energy company.

HERO strong, C active, FCFL flubs

Shares of Hercules (Nasadaq: HERO) added 18% to $4.27, on volumes of 8.1 million shares, or three times its daily average, after Seahawk Drilling Inc. (Nasdaq: HAWK), an offshore-oil driller, on Friday filed for bankruptcy protection and said it would sell its assets to rival Hercules. Seahawk Drilling Inc. shares plunged 36.1% to $5.05.

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) traded in 136.9 million shares early Monday, making it among the volume leaders, gaining momentum toward its daily average of 541.5 million. Share prices dipped 0.3% to $4.86, on word the bank is recruiting about 20 new European banking experts.

First Community Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: FCFL) skidded 58.3% to 50 cents Monday, on volume of 434,781 shares, towering over an all-day volume of 6,355, only days after revealing it was being bought by Community Bank of Manatee.

CRBN in orbit, HLWX catches winning wind, FEEL shoots bogey

Counsel RB Capital Inc. (OTCBB: CRBN) flew 284.6% Thursday to transport its price to 50 cents. Volume was just below 28,000 shares, or more than nine times what it usually trades. The former C2 Global Technologies is a leader in capital asset solutions – finding, acquiring and monetizing distressed and surplus capital assets.

Helix Wind Corp. (OTCBB: HLXW) traded in 161.9 million shares Thursday, compared to a daily average of 49.5 million. Share prices climbed 33.3% to eight-100ths of a cent. Poway, Calif.-based HLWX is a renewable energy company.

Feel Golf Co. Inc. (Pink Sheets: FEEL) got trounced 11.5% Thursday to 23-100ths of a cent, on volume of 20.4 million, or better than four times its volume average. Monterrey, Calif-based FEEL is well-known for its award-winning wedges, premium golf clubs and innovative, reverse taper golf grips.

GLER expresses glee; ELCR steps on gas, TEGY trips

Global Earth Energy Inc. (OTCBB: GLER) shares climbed 120% to 1.1 cents Thursday. Volume for the stock topped 31 million shares, or about 15 times its normal share volume, after the company entered a coal mining joint venture worth about $500 million.

Electric Car Company Inc. (OTCBB: ELCR) traded in 194.4 million shares Thursday, surpassing an all-day average of 86.4 million. Prices for ELCR were flat, though, at one-100th of a cent.

Transact Energy Corp. (OTCBB: TEGY) dumped 37.5% of its price to five cents Thursday, on volume of 74,100 shares, 50% better than its daily average. The San Antonio-based TEGY’s business is the development, production, management and conservation of electricity through sustainable electricity projects.

PRCP pops, NVDA busy, NAK goes south

Perceptron Inc. (Nasdaq: PRCP) shares ascended 18.6% to $6.96, on volume of 771,790 shares, squashing a daily average of 16,880, after being upgraded by Barrington Research from market perform to outperform.

Nvidia Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) traded in 31.9 million shares Wednesday, beating out its daily average of 24 million. Prices dropped 2.4% to $23.29, after the stock gained as much as 38% during January.

Northern Dynasty Minerals Inc. (AMEX: NAK) shares plummeted 14.4% to $17.64 Wednesday. Volume of three million shares overwhelmed a full-day average of 645,000.
